West Virginia University's Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.  My assocate Frances L VanScoy sent the following request.  The  NSF Research Experiences for Undergraduates program within CISE  (Computer and Information Science and Engineering).  has provide  money to send 3 undergraduates to work in a Japanese university in  summer 2002."
