HAVEN - Heritage Aizu Virtual Education Network

Goal(concrete and quantitative goal):

• Expansion of Higashi Omata Shogako classes under CompuFarm NPO.
  
  
• Students will be expected to help build the computing grid.
  
  
• Researchers will gather 3D data of historical objects and sites in the Aizu region,digital photographs and textures.
  
  
• High resolution digital archival models will be processed into low resolution polygonal models for web based visualization. Programs will need to be written to process and visualize the data.
  
  
• Server and public DVD burner will be installed under the supervision of the CompuFarm NPO for the dissemination of virtual heritage and programming.
